Fried Pickle Dip Toastie (Crispy, Cheesy Pickle Sandwich)
If you love fried pickle dip, this Fried Pickle Dip Toastie turns it into the ultimate crispy, melty sandwich. Cream cheese, gooey Muenster, diced pickles, and crunchy onions come together between golden, buttery bread for the perfect salty, tangy bite.

Equipment:
Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread (artisan white, sourdough, or sandwich bread)
- 2 slices Muenster, cheddar, or mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2–3 Tbsp diced pickles
- 1–2 Tbsp crispy fried onions (store-bought)
- 1 Tbsp softened butter
Directions:
- Layer the Cheese: Place one slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Then, spread softened cream cheese on top of the sliced cheese.
- Add Pickles and Crunch: Top one slice with diced pickles and crispy fried onions.
- Add Butter: Place the second slice (cream cheese side down) on top to form the sandwich. Spread softened butter evenly on the outside of both slices of bread.
- Press and Toast: Place the sandwich into the Toastie Press™ and clamp shut. Insert into your Revolution toaster and select the Toastie Press setting on high. Toast until golden brown and melted.
- Slice and Serve: Carefully remove, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
