Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey Panini
The Gobbler Anytime-of-Year Thanksgiving Sandwich (Panini Style)
What’s better than Thanksgiving leftovers? Turning them into a crispy, melty sandwich. This post-holiday panini is too good to save for November—make it any time of year. Use soft Italian bread for that perfect golden crunch, and plan for seconds: the recipe makes enough stuffing for two sandwiches. Store any extra in the fridge for up to three days.
Equipment
Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. stuffing (prepared)
- 1-3 slices of turkey
- 1 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
- 2 slices bacon, cooked (optional)
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- Gravy (for dipping)
Directions:
Layer the Ingredients:
- Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce on one slice of bread and mayo (or gravy, if you dare) on the other
- Add slices of roasted turkey, a spoonful of stuffing, a strip or two of bacon, and a slice of Swiss cheese
- Top with the second piece of bread and gently press to flatten
Toast it:
- Add your sandwich to your Revolution Toastie Press, close and lock it into place
- Put it in your toaster with the handles facing outward

- Select your desired toasting level, and press start
Enjoy:
Remove carefully, slice on the diagonal, and serve immediately. Pair with extra cranberry sauce or warm gravy for dipping.
