Pulled Pork Quesadilla Made Easy in the Toaster

Ranch dressing makes everything better — especially when it’s paired with smoky pulled pork, melty pepper jack, and a TikTok-inspired triangle tortilla fold. This quesadilla is crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, whether you slow-cook your own pork or grab it pre-packaged.

Equipment:

• Any Revolution Toaster
• The Toastie Press™

Ingredients:

• 1 (8-inch) flour tortilla
• 1 Tbsp. ranch dressing
• ½ cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
• 3 Tbsp. romaine lettuce, shredded
• ¼ cup pulled pork
• 3 Tbsp. baby kosher dill pickles, sliced
• 1 scallion, chopped
• 1 tsp. softened butter
• Baked tater tots and yellow mustard, for serving

Assemble the Quesadilla:

1. Fold the tortilla in half, then in half again, and place in the toaster. Select Bread at level 3 for a light toast. Remove and unfold, toasted side facing in.
2. Meanwhile, warm the pulled pork in the microwave (1 min) or in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.
3. Use a knife to cut a single slit from the bottom edge of the tortilla to the center.
4. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla, then sprinkle cheese lightly all over, concentrating most on the right-hand side.
5. Add fillings by quadrant:
   • Bottom left: lettuce
   • Top left: pulled pork
   • Top right: pickles over cheese
   • Bottom right: scallions over cheese
6. Starting from the slit, fold each quadrant over the next until you have a compact triangle shape.
7. Spread softened butter lightly on both sides of the folded quesadilla.

Toast It in the Revolution Toastie Press:

1. Place the quesadilla in the Toastie Press and lock the handles. Wipe any drips.
2. Insert into the right slot of your Revolution Toaster with handles facing out.
3. Select Toastie Press Mode, choose your preferred doneness, and press Start.
