Goin' Bananas: Peanut Butter, Banana, & Chocolate Chip Melt

We’ve got just the recipe for you that won’t take up your precious time or require another trip to the grocery store. Using simple ingredients, you already have in your kitchen – bananas, peanut butter, chocolate chips – you can wow your little ones with a gourmet style sandwich that will leave them happy and satisfied, and give you time back to take care of yourself. Equipment

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices brioche bread
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Directions:

STACK IT.

  • Place the slices of bread side by side.
  • On each slice of bread, add a layer of peanut butter.
  • On one slice, lay out the banana slices.
  • Top the banana slices with chocolate chips.
  • Place the piece of bread with only peanut butter on top of the sandwich.

      TOAST IT.

      • Now place it in the Toastie Press and close and lock the press. Wipe around the outside of the press to clean off any drips with a paper towel. 
      • Place the filled Toastie Press into the right slot of your Revolution Toaster with the handles facing out.
