The one-of-a-kind cutting boards are the perfect, conversation-worthy accoutrement to any kitchen, and ship with the care instructions and oil that will keep it beautiful for years. Some boards may differ and have natural imperfection that adds uniqueness and character to the individual boards. These marks are not considered flaws and are not considered defects.

At Revolution Cooking, we stand by the quality of our products. Our cutting boards are crafted for durability and satisfaction. Please note the following guidelines for returns:

• Returns for Defective Products: If your cutting board arrives with defects, we are here to help. Please contact us at customercare@revcook.com within 30 days of your purchase for a return authorization. Defects may include:

1. Cracks or splits in the material
2. Warping that prevents the board from lying flat
3. Manufacturing flaws such as unfinished edges or improper sealing
4. Incorrect dimensions from those advertised
5. Contamination like mold or stains upon delivery

Upon verification of the defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

• Non-Returnable Items: To ensure hygiene and quality, all purchases of cutting boards are final, except in cases of defects as described above. We do not accept returns for non-defective items.

Hardenbrook Hardwoods has been crafting handmade cutting boards in Redmond, Oregon since 2015. Eric and Kerry Hardenbrook recently retired, passing the torch to Dana and Windy Adoretti. Dana has been woodworking personally and professionally since 1984 when he first took woodshop classes in school, and he previously worked at Hardenbrook Hardwoods as production manager. Together with our experienced production and engraving team in the shop we are excited to continue making quality cutting boards, as well as introducing new items to the product line.
