Egg Bites Breakfast Plate

How do you like your eggs in the morning: fried, scrambled, poached, or in bite form? 

This full breakfast includes the classics--toast, fruit, bacon, and eggs--but offers a new way to enjoy the plate by swapping the typical methods of cooking eggs with sous vide egg bites, making for a unique but familiar addition to the plate. Equipment:

• Revolution Toastie Press
  

Ingredients:

• Pre-made egg bites (check out our recipe for egg bites here!)

• 1-2 slices of bread

• Your jam of choice

• Berries (or your fruit of choice)

• 1-2 slices of bacon 

Directions:

1. Start by toasting your bread of choice and slather it with your favorite jam. 

2. Remove 2 egg bites from their packaging and place them in the Toastie Press, taking care to securely lock the Press shut.

3. Whether you're using the Revolution Toaster or a standard toaster, insert the Press into the toaster slot with the handle facing outward and select medium or high heat.

4. While the egg bites heat, fry the bacon and wash the fruit.

5. Carefully remove the Toastie Press from the toaster (it will be hot).

6. Add your toast, fruit, and bacon to your plate.

7. Finish off with your now perfectly warmed egg bites and enjoy!
