Cloud 9 Gluten-Free Toastie: Light, Crispy & Sweet Perfection
Light, fluffy, and golden — this gluten-free cloud bread sandwich turns simple ingredients into something special. Layer savory ham, melted cheese, and a hint of mustard between airy slices, then press it in the Revolution Toastie Press on the gluten-free setting. The result? A perfectly crisp, melty, cloud-light bite that feels indulgent yet effortless — comfort food reimagined for modern lunch.

Ingredients:
- Gluten Free Cloud Bread
- Ham
- Provolone or Swiss Cheese
- Dijon Mustard
Directions:
Prep the Toastie:
- Take out two pieces of Gluten Free Cloud Bread
- Add some dijon mustard to each side of the bread
- Finish it off by adding ham and cheese and closing it up
Toast it:
- Add your toastie to your Revolution Toastie Press, close and lock it into place
- Put it in your toaster with the handles facing outward
- Choose the Toastie Press setting on your Revolution Toaster and toggle on the Gluten Free mode on the bottom right hand corner or the highest setting on your non-Revolution Toaster
