Bo Corley's Bo-Nini
What You Need:
- 2 slices St. Pierre Brioche Loaf
- 1 Roma Tomato (thinly sliced)
- 6 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1⁄4 cup shallot (thinly sliced)
- Kinders Chipotle Lime Sauce
- 3 slices Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Brown Sugar Ham
- 1⁄2 Cup Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Block

How To Make It:

STACK IT.
- Spread a thin layer of Kinders Chipotle Lime Sauce on one side of each piece of bread (lay the uncoated sides face down, coated sides face up)
- Add Hillshire Farm Brown Sugar Ham
- Shred Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese and layer on each piece of bread
- Add thinly sliced Roma tomato’s
- Add thinly sliced shallots
- Add another layer of cheese to the basil side
TOAST IT.
