Equipment

• Revolution Connect Plus Smart Toaster
• Revolution Toastie Press™

Ingredients:

• 2 slices of soft sandwich bread
• 1 heaping tablespoon leftover mashed sweet potatoes (or sweet potato casserole, without large pecans or toppings)
• 1 teaspoon marshmallow fluff

Cut the bread: 

1. Use your uncrustable maker to press and cut the bread into two rounds.
2. Place one round into the base.

Add the filling:

1. Spoon the mashed sweet potato into the center of the bread, staying slightly inside the edges.
2. Add the marshmallow fluff on top and gently spread so the filling is even but not touching the crust line — this helps it seal cleanly.

Seal the uncrustable:

1. Add the second bread round and press with the uncrustable maker to fully crimp and seal. You should have a firm, tidy pocket.

Toast in the Toastie Press:

1. Place the uncrustable into the Revolution Toastie Press™ and close it.
2. Slide the Toastie Press into the toaster and select the Toastie Press setting.
3. Select your toasting level, and press Start.

Enjoy: 

Remove from the Toastie Press carefully, the filling will be hot. Let cool 2–3 minutes before serving.
