Warm, caramelized peaches and brown sugar tucked inside crispy bread—this easy peach hand pie is a simple, toaster-made treat that feels anything but basic.

No oven, no fuss—just a quick, handheld dessert made perfectly with your toaster and Toastie Press.

Equipment:

• The Toastie Press™

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe peach
• pinch of salt
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 basil leaves, chopped
• 2 slices white bread

Directions:

1. Cut the peach into small cubes and mix it with the salt, sugar, and basil. Allow to sit for 30 minutes to an hour.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Cut the bread and form the uncrustable if you have an uncrustable maker. Otherwise, you can just make this into a regular sandwich.
4. Place the sandwich in the Toastie Press and lock the handles. Wipe any drips. Insert into the right slot of your toaster with handles facing out.
5. Select Toastie Press Mode, choose your preferred doneness, and press Start.

Enjoy!
