Household Product Warranty
Revolution Cooking warrants its household toasters against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the original purchase date, subject to the terms, limitations and exclusions below.
This limited warranty applies only to qualifying toasters purchased from Revolution Cooking or an authorized retailer, reseller or distributor. It does not apply to accessories or products used in a commercial or business environment.
Where the Warranty Applies
This warranty applies within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and the provinces and territories of Canada. It does not apply within any other U.S. territory, commonwealth, possession or protectorate.
Terms of Coverage
- The warranty is limited and nontransferable.
- Coverage lasts for two years from the original purchase date.
- The warranty covers qualifying defects in product materials or workmanship.
- Proof of purchase is required. This may be the original or a copy of the retailer receipt or purchase invoice showing the product, payment and purchase date.
- Product registration is not required to activate the warranty and is not a substitute for proof of purchase.
What Revolution Cooking May Provide
During the applicable warranty period, Revolution Cooking may, at its sole discretion, replace a qualifying product with a new identical or comparable product at no additional charge to the customer.
A replacement toaster will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
This household warranty does not apply to:
- Products purchased or used outside the covered geographic territory
- Products used outside a household environment, including hotels, offices, restaurants or other businesses
- Accessories
- Damage caused by unauthorized accessories, replacement parts, repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by corrosion, rust, staining or age
- Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, negligence or excessive wear and tear
- Damage caused by failing to follow the operating, safety, care or cleaning instructions
- Products with a removed, altered, replaced or illegible model or serial number
- Damage to an LCD or other display caused by drops, spills, transportation, extreme temperatures or other non-manufacturer causes
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, water marks, cracks, dents or stains
- Damage caused directly or indirectly by a third-party product
- Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning or other acts of nature
- Damage caused by an improper or irregular electrical current or voltage
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products outside the applicable warranty period
- Products not purchased from Revolution Cooking or an authorized seller
- Products lost, misdelivered or damaged after being returned without a Revolution Cooking-provided shipping label
