Gluten Free PB&J Pocket Melt
The Ultimate Gluten-Free PB&J Pocket Melt (Made in Minutes!)
Buttery, flaky crust. Sweet, nutty & perfectly toasted. This gluten-free PB&J Pocket Melt is a grown-up twist on a childhood classic. Nestled inside soft gluten-free bread, creamy peanut butter and bright jam melt together under our smart toaster’s crisping power. The result? A golden exterior, gooey nostalgic center, and a snack you’ll crave for lunch, snack time or a cozy breakfast.
Equipment:
Ingredients:
- Gluten Free Bread
- Peanut Butter (we used creamy)
- Jam (we used strawberry)
Directions:
Prep the Pocket:
- Cut your bread into two round pieces
- Fill your bread with a scoop of peanut butter and jelly
- If you have the pocket accessory, clamp the bread together to close it up. If you do not have the accessory, use a fork to seal the edges
Toast it:
- Add your pocket to your Revolution Toastie Press, close and lock it into place
- Put it in your toaster with the handles facing outward
- Choose the Toastie Press setting on your Revolution Toaster and toggle on the Gluten Free mode in the bottom left corner
